Sawing and Milling Technology – Order for 3 New Sawing Machines HK1150 VE90
October 17, 2016
The current order for three sawing machines placed by Southwest Steel Processing LLC (in short SSP), the biggest forging company in Arkansas/USA, proves once again that all over the world sawing machines made by MFL enjoy the highest level of confidence and trust concerning durability and process reliability.
The sawing machines cutting vertically are used for rough machining of round, square or rectangular bar steel that is automatically fed into the downstream induction furnace and subsequently to the forging press.
Shortest cutting and cycle times are assured due to the fact that the sawing blade enters the material vertically and that the clamping device moves centrically to the saw blade centre.
In October 2017 the sawing machines will be put into operation on site by MFL.
